The flavor is like if you got that knotty berry farm brand of strawberry jam and turned it into a gummy!! The gummies are slit in half but I personally prefer 3 gummies and to walk into the movie theater. The high is super clean and you don’t feel heavy or lazy. It’s more of a head high with heavy relaxation. I had a stressful event this Sunday and these for sure kicked in at the right moment
