@hiiiwey8.0I took this last weekend when I was at my friends bbq. I’m already smoking plenty throughout the day so the 1 gel tab being 25mg, was the accurate dose for me. For the price and for the high you get from this is a steal! Couldn’t tell how long the high lasted since it was hitting me in waves. And I was also playing kickball so it got me active and running. I recommend this for anyone balling on a budget.
