Encore is a great choice for any body soreness, adding in the RSO makes for a great edible relax after a hard day

My fellow ADHDers know that sleep can be a struggle when your mind is going a mile a minute. Previously I tried a CBN 1:2 vape and although it kept me asleep all night, it did not help me fall asleep. Took one gummy at 8:30pm, by 9pm a wave of tiredness took over. I looked at my husband and said “I need to lay down now”. Fell asleep earlier than normal, slept entirely through the night. I woke up feeling a little groggy, but in all fairness I did not fall asleep as soon as I should have. Gave them another go last night- felt tired within 40 minutes, fell asleep before 10:30 (which is early for me), and slept through the night. If you’re looking to get a good nights sleep, this is it.
