Exactly what I’ve been needing. I’ve had the worst case of insomnia and now matter what I’ve used it hasn’t helped much...this though omg i slept soooo good. Highly recommend 😴😁

These are perfect to just pick up a pack and go on a hike, the high was very warm and relaxing.
