One piece 100mg. It was very strong grape tasting with a lingering aftertaste of grape. This was a jelly type sugar coated gummy. Broke up very easily per bite without having to chew a lot. Curious to see how to fully kicks in. Based on flavor I’d probably look for something less artificial. It was bad but wasn’t great.
