I was texting with a friend of mine the other day, talking about a lot of the struggles that have been going on in my head recently. He was telling me that WE were going to get through this. WE would come out on top... I was given the news that he passed yesterday. In the midst of a mental health crisis. Im at a loss for words. Rest easy brother. This bowl pack is for you. Im going to make it to the top. And you will be in my heart with me when i get there. 💜
