If anyone is thinking about placing an order with Rosslyn, dont. Had issues with my delivery. Reached out to customer service and was treated like I was stupid. They forgot my cold pack and my package sat in a hot truck in 85+ degree weather for an entire day. I reached out about the cold pack (which they only partially refunded). Another person I know has been having multiple issues. Ran out of what he ordered. Sent him something else(not even close to the same product or quality product he ordered) and sent him an empty jar. Customer service is also treating him like shit. TL/DR- Rosslyn Direct has horrible customer service and is uneducated in cannabis. Spend your money with a company that cares about their customers and treats them better!
