Texas senate just made all thc forms of weed outlawed, yet again, and has fallen back on the 2021 laws, that allowed only synthetic or semi-synthetic forms of weed to be sold in a public market. This insane. D8, D9, and other synthetic forms of weed has been proven to be a lot more harmful than the forms that were being sold already, legally, with no issue. The only reason they’re are doing this is because a ton of the people with power in texan government are backed by huge alcohol companies that thrive off of laws like this that restrict their own citizens from safer and less harmful substances than alcohol. We all know someone that’s been harmed by alcohol for life, when’s the last time you heard of that happening on THC-A and THC 🤷 I say all this to say, elections are coming up, if anyone lives in texas, vote dan patrick out, go to the polls and vote your voice matters in texas more than ever. I also urge everyone on here to show support to groups fighting these laws in court.
