You are your activity, mentally and physically. Activity forms identity. We are what we do. Expending energy. Practicing body-power. Giving effort. All essentially the same. Verb to a noun. Action into movement. Labor, inner and outer, drives movement. We all naturally work, always til death, some different than others, but commonly as one species called human. We meet our needs. We want for things. We desire. Our human nature results from how we practice living and working, our engagement with the labor-process, how we pursue needs, wants, and desires. Live lightly, labor rightly, love brightly. Easy to write, harder to self and socially actualize in the current historical context of everyday life under capitalism. You are your activity, mentally and physically.
